I'm Emily, a vegan herbal tea addict with a love of sighthounds, fantasy books, travel and finding new eco-friendly brands to try. I am also a Human Design Self-Projected Projector and use this system as a tool in my day to day life.

I am navigating a more natural, holistic and intuitive way of living alongside a full-time office job and living back at home in my mid-thirties. My Spinning Arrow is my way of documenting my journey along the way, and I'd love for you to follow along :)
